Living Carbon
Grants

Funding of up to $200,000 (GST exclusive) per project.

  • Minimum Project Size: 10 hectares of new environmental plantings.

  • Maximum Project Size: 200 hectares of new environmental plantings.

    Projects must involve planting between 10 and 200 hectares of appropriate species aimed at revegetating habitats for threatened or iconic species endemic to the area. Projects must be registered under the Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Scheme with the Clean Energy Regulator, specifically under the Environmental Planting Pilot method

Carbon for
Farmers Voucher
Program

WA

Funding of up to $20,000 per project.

  • $5000 towards an opportunity (potential) report with a service provider

  • $15000 towards a carbon farming plan

    The Carbon for Farmers Voucher Program (CF-VP) supports farmers to understand the opportunities and requirements of carbon farming projects and gain the confidence to develop their own projects. The purpose of the CF-VP is to provide funding for farmers to access professional advice that increases understanding of carbon farming and its requirements. This includes assessing the feasibility of integrating projects with ongoing farm business operations and guiding informed decision-making

Low Carbon Landscapes Grant

  • Grants of up to $500,000 for projects with one target landscape area, or

    The Low Carbon Landscapes grant program aims to scale up high quality carbon abatement from the primary industries and land sector, by supporting the development of financially viable projects which can attract investment.

Trees on Farms

VIC

Funding of up to $80 000 per project.

Size:

  • Integrated environmental plantings are eligible to receive $2,000 per hectare (excl. GST) up to a total of $40,000 (excl. GST)

  • Farm forestry plantings are eligible to receive up to $4,000 per hectare (excl. GST) up to a total of $80,000 (excl. GST)

    The Victorian Trees on Farms Program (VToF) is a state government initiative assisting rural landowners to integrate trees into agricultural land.

    Funding for successful VToF project plans must be used to deliver trees in the ground. This can include any activities associated with planning, site preparation, planting, maintenance, reporting, and accounting for receipt and expenditure of grant funds.
